Meet Steven

Hello, nice to meet you.

I’d like to help our students, parents, non-classified staff, and educators.

Steve Schwartz holds a Master’s Degree in Education as well as an Advanced Degree in Administration and Supervision from the City University of New York.

His distinguished forty-year career includes classroom teaching, liaison to parent organizations, bi-lingual coordinator, teacher trainer and teacher-administrator.

He has been proud to be a member of the American Federation of Teachers for over fifty years and has served as a union representative in his school for twenty years.

Steve’s experience includes working with children from elementary through ninth grade, with specialties as a math and Spanish educator. His broad scope of experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by teachers and administrators as they strive to create learning environments that help all children thrive.

After moving to Temecula in 2004, Steve taught at Mt. San Jacinto College in a math remediation program for several years. He is now retired, enjoying visits with his adult children and two grandkids, who live in San Diego. Steve and his wife, Sandi live in Temecula with their sweet rescue dog, Sadie.
